Life can be complex and difficult. The universe itself is already an infinite mystery, and additionally our ancestors created a beautiful but an oh so complex society. Everyone wants to succeed; Everyone wants to thrive; Everyone wants to love. But understanding what this even is, let alone get there, is very difficult.
To help myself in being the person I want to be I created a framework for life. A structure that aids making sense, aids direction, and supports my growth and being - as simple as possible yet complete.
